tribal court in session: justice in defense of land rights

The Mathias El Tribe Supreme Court has formally opened Case No. METSC-2025-001

Asserting jurisdiction over violations against our trust, land, and Indigenous identity. The case--Mathias El Tribe v. Carrington Mortgage Services--seeks immediate remedy for unlawful classification, jurisdictional abuse, and breach of trust responsibility. All proceedings are recorded under the authority of the Mathias El Tribe, a sovereign tribal government, and will be made available in our official docket.

The Mathias El Tribe has filed a case against Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC.

TRIBAL COURT IN SESSION: FINDING Trust Status & Jurisdiction

Formal Finding of Trust Status and Jurisdiction under Docket No. MET-SC-2025-002

On June 16, 2025, the Mathias El Tribe Supreme Court issued a formal Finding of Trust Status and Jurisdiction under Docket No. MET-SC-2025-002, affirming that:

  • The property recorded under Doc #223043047 (April 12, 2023),

    Doc #223085433 (July 25, 2023 – Corrected Quitclaim Deed), and

    Doc #224042175 (April 15, 2024 – Correct Deed)

    is lawfully held in tribal trust, recorded and authenticated in Kern County for full faith and credit.
  • The Mathias El Tribe is a statutorily protected tribal government under federal law and treaty, with protections affirmed under:
    • 25 U.S.C. § 177 (Non-Intercourse Act)
    • Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA)
    • Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA)
    • Indian General Welfare Exclusion Act (Public Law 113-168)
    • Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek (1830)
  • All unlawful filings, liens, jurisdictional denials, or service terminations related to this property—by state or local entities—are declared void, and constitute violations of the federal trust responsibility.

This finding is submitted into active legal proceedings including:

  • U.S. Court of Federal Claims Case No. 1:24-cv-02027-EMR, and

    Eastern District of California Case No. 2:24-cv-03161.

Final Judgment: Mathias El Tribe Prevails
Self-Determination | Void Ab Initio | and CL-101 Applied.
