Update: Establishment of the Truth and Healing Committee

Guided healing through ceremony, remembrance & community care. This Committee extends our healing mission through ceremony, spiritual care, remembrance, promoting reconciliation, community wellness alignment with tribal law & the inherent right of every person to heal in truth & dignity. For the People — By the People.

Mission Statement:

Committed to promoting the wellbeing, longevity, and overall health of our members, as well as assisting international communities where conditions and diplomatic relations allow. We uphold the principles of traditional healing practices while integrating modern medical knowledge to address our holistic needs.

Our Approach:

 Within our Service area, we embrace a patient-centered approach to healthcare, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. We draw upon our cultural heritage and medical expertise to provide personalized care that honors the individual needs and preferences of each patient.

Our Services:

Our services include preventive care, primary care, mental health support, dental care, and traditional healing modalities. We focus on prevention, education, and spiritual alignment to empower our People to take charge of their wellbeing — where community health, healing, and faith are one sacred duty.

The Mathias El Tribe Medical Center (NPI 1790542223) is a federally enumerated tribal-medical and spiritual organization, recognized under 42 U.S.C. § 1320d-2(b), 25 U.S.C. § 1621t, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act & Cal. Unemp. Ins. Code § 2709.
